1. Your Responsibilities

Keep your login secure
Use the platform respectfully
Follow the Community Guidelines
Abide by German and international laws
2. User Content Rules
You may upload and share content, but:
You retain ownership
You grant EmuDevs a license to host and display it
You must have the rights to any uploaded material
You may not upload illegal or harmful content
We may remove or restrict content at our discretion.
3. Account Termination
We may suspend or delete accounts for:
Repeated or severe violations
Harmful or illegal activity
Fraud or payment abuse
Security threats
You may delete your account at any time.
4. Software and Integrations
You must comply with:
Discord Terms
Google Terms
Spotify Developer Terms
Stripe Terms
Violations may result in account restrictions.
5. Liability
You are responsible for your actions and the content you upload. You agree not to hold EmuDevs liable for damages resulting from user misuse.
