EmuDevs (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates as a user-generated content hosting platform for game-related resources, including mods, tools, assets, game files, and development materials.
All content made available on EmuDevs is uploaded by users. EmuDevs does not create, curate, verify, or endorse user-uploaded content.
1. Platform Role & Neutrality
EmuDevs acts solely as a technical hosting provider within the meaning of applicable EU law.
We do not pre-screen uploads
We do not verify ownership or licensing of content
We do not instruct users on what to upload
We do not endorse or promote any specific content
Responsibility for uploaded content lies entirely with the uploader.
2. Content Scope

Leaked, archived, or preserved materials
EmuDevs does not independently assess the legal status of uploaded content.
3. Uploader Responsibility & Liability
By uploading content to EmuDevs, you acknowledge and agree that:
You assume full legal responsibility for the content you upload
You are solely responsible for compliance with copyright, IP, and related laws
You understand that content may be removed following a legal request
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EmuDevs from claims arising from your uploads
4. No Affiliation or Endorsement
EmuDevs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any game publisher, including but not limited to:

NCSoft
Rockstar Games
Mojang / Microsoft
All trademarks, game titles, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
5. Copyright & Takedown Requests
Rights holders or authorized representatives may submit a takedown request if they believe content hosted on EmuDevs infringes their rights.
Required Information
A valid request must include:
Identification of the copyrighted work
Exact URL(s) of the content in question
Proof of ownership or authorization
Contact information
A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized

7. Our Response Procedure
Upon receiving a sufficiently detailed and credible request, EmuDevs may:
Temporarily disable access to the content
Remove the content
Notify the uploader
Take action against repeat offenders
We reserve discretion in handling requests in accordance with applicable law.
8. Counter-Notice (Uploader Response)
Uploaders may respond to removals by submitting a counter-notice containing:
Identification of the removed content
A statement disputing the claim
Any supporting information
Submission of false or misleading information may result in account termination.
9. Repeat Complaints & Account Action
Accounts receiving repeated valid takedown requests may be:
Limited
Suspended
Permanently terminated
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
EmuDevs is not liable for user-uploaded content
EmuDevs is not responsible for damages arising from downloads or use of hosted materials
Users access content at their own risk
