EmuDevs offers a transparent and fair refund system for all Pro subscriptions.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
You purchased a Pro subscription
The request is made within the refund window
No abuse or fraud is suspected
Refunds outside this window are not guaranteed.
2. How to Request a Refund

Account email
Transaction ID
Reason for request (optional but helpful)
3. Refund Method
Refunds are processed through Stripe back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel at any time. You will retain Pro benefits until the end of the billing cycle. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless within the 14-day window.
5. Abuse of Refund Policy
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for:
Repeated refund requests
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
Chargeback abuse
